The staff was absolutely courteous, caring, and everything was perfect. As for me, rooms were reasonably large, they offered a microwave and a fridge. The hotel offered a nice hot breakfast with biscuits, fresh cooked eggs, bacon.

The location was particularly good and stunning for walking around a wildlife park. It was a short walk to great eateries and pubs, including a Mexican restaurant in a bus, two pizza places, Red Lotus, Boardwalk Shops, and park access.

Our stay here was really nice, a nice base for exploring West Yellowstone. It was well priced. Bed was good and the room was large. Favourable and stunning location in downtown Chicago on the Lakefront, all was amazing. Really enjoyed that it was set very close to local eateries and stores. Many restaurants and Yellowstone National Park, Hegden Lake, Idaho Falls, and a beautiful setting.
